SESSIONS
1-hour phone or in-person sessions once a week for a period of 10-12 weeks will streamline your path and speed your forward momentum. You will clarify goals and priorities and get organized for success. You will receive support and accountability as well as tools to overcome obstacles. We recommend a series of 10-12 weekly sessions. Dana shares unique techniques and practices she herself has used over 35 years.
In-person sessions are to learn physical techniques and practices to keep your body in prime condition and to learn mental techniques and practices that lead to effortless mastery in competition.
The physical practices will support your daily performance preparation and keep you buoyant between competitions. Overcome training imbalance, strengthen weak areas, increase range of motion, lessen action/reaction time, and learn how to quickly recuperate from exhaustion and stress. Speed up recovery time from injuries (this will support what your doctor orders.) Avoid injuries. Learn warm-up series for your particular needs. Learn a cool down routine that will restore your body, bringing muscles and nerves back to equilibrium.
Dana shares mental techniques she has practiced and taught over 35 years. What she shares with clients is based on her own experience. Increase concentration and alertness, override internal and external distractions, recuperate your tired mind, quiet your exhausted nervous system, override fear and quickly lower heart rate.
